I have 8 years’ experience within forensics and policing. I hold a BSc (Hons) in Forensic Science and Anthropology. Have undertaken a variety of roles including submissions, photography, CCTV recovery, and quality. My most recent role was as a Quality Officer at Staffordshire Police, where I later had responsibility for Quality Standards within Digital Forensics. I also undertook a secondment to the TF Digital Forensics project to work on the national validation package for kiosks.

As a Submissions Officer at LGC Forensics.
What is your favourite part of your role?
Being part of a brand new organisation which is innovative and is working to solve problems, streamline processes, and assist policing for the better.
What work in your career have you most enjoyed?
I really enjoyed having responsibility for the photography at major crime scenes and post-mortems. There is a buzz to working under pressure, and plans going out of the window when a big job comes in.
